In this time of arts cuts, Not Cricket finds itself at the bottom of the funding pile; we don't paint ourselves blue and perform interpretative dance or
set our productions in a post-apocalyptic future inhabited by giant earthworms (not that we think there's anything wrong with doing this, you understand,
it's just not our thing).
We like to tell a good story, often a classic one and right now
that isn't quite experimental or alternative enough to receive funding, even if we do do it in an interesting and engaging way.
